The parents of Michael Wilson, born ca 1804, have not been determined but it is possible that his father was also named Michael. If so, and if he was born in NC, Michael Sr. could be one of the several Michaels in NC

Michael last paid taxes in 1885

Nina Mulvaney says that her grandmother Sarah Wilson Mulvaney was a sister to Samuel and Alexander being born in November 1843 and dying in the flu epidemic of November 1918. I have not found Sarah in any records to date and if she was born in 1843 that would mean that Alexader's birthdate of April 11 1843 is wrong.
