Michael E. Virden, 37, Prior Lake, Minn., formerly of this area, died Sept. 9, 1992, at a hospital in Minneapolis. Services and burial were Sept. 12. The family suggests contributions to the American Cancer Society. Mr. Virden was born in Kansas City and lived in Los Angeles before moving to Prior Lake in 1989. He owned a business at Prior Lake. He was a 1972 graduate of Shawnee Mission East High School and received a bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts in Boston in 1976.
Survivors include his wife, Debbie Virden, and three daughters, Sarah Virden, Christin Virden and Katie Virden, all of the home; his mother, Paula R. Virden, Paradise Valley, Ariz.; a brother, Mark C. Virden, Tempe, Ariz.; and two sisters, Diane V. Brent and Susan V. Carpenter of Mission Hills.
