Rosa Ellen Asbury was divorced from Phillip Monroe Reed. From what I can find out she was married twice after the divorce. One marriage produced one child Estaleen Moyer.
Her address at the time of death was 3841 Forrest Ave, Kansas City, Mo. This is the address of her daughter Margaret B Reed Campbell.

Rose married Phillip Monroe Reed, son of Jacob Reed and Sarah Looker, on 16 Apr 1889 in Otterville, Mo. The marriage ended in divorce. (Phillip Monroe Reed was born on 28 Sep 1849 in Rockingham County, VA, died on 29 Mar 1934 in Sedalia, Pettis County, Missouri and was buried in Cooper County, New Lebanon MO Cemetery.) The cause of his death was Gang-green from a toe injury.
